Gerry is a tertiary qualified professional with a Master of Business (Integrated Logistics Management), Diploma of Accounting and Diploma of Applied Science with extensive experience in project management of major acquisition projects, particularly in drafting, vetting and approving project management documents, such as plans and reports.
Gerry also has valuable experience in writing tenders, tender evaluation and tender negotiation of Government contracts.
In a past assignment for a period of two years he was involved in writing three contracts to outsource Supply support, the evaluation of the logistic components of the tender responses, and then acted as the lead Commonwealth negotiator for a major contract.
